Polaris Industries is seeking a skilled and motivated Machine Operator to join our team in Monticello, MN . This is a 2nd shift position, working Monday-Thursday, 4:30pm to 3am . We offer a competitive salary of $20.33/hour and a rewarding work environment.

\n\n

Responsibilities:

\n\n

\n\t
• Operate CNC equipment to precision standards, ensuring proper use of machines, tooling, and inspection equipment.\n\t
• Load parts into machines and verify settings by measuring positions, first-run, and sample parts.\n\t
• Maintain production rate in terms of cycle time, quantity, and quality assigned to the job.\n\t
• Utilize various measuring tools, such as calipers, micrometers, and other inspection gauges.\n\t
• Produce high-quality parts to specifications and assist in identifying root causes and corrective actions for quality problems.\n\t
• Perform in-process inspection of machined parts and accurately complete the required paperwork, such as the Inspection Process (IP) sheet.\n

Qualifications:

\n\n

\n\t
• Experience operating CNC equipment is required.\n\t
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.\n\t
• Strong understanding of basic machining principles and practices.\n\t
• Proficient in using various measuring tools.\n\t
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.\n\t
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.\n
