We’re thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Electrician to join our dynamic team at our Princeton, Illinois location !

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Support general plant operations and field activities that evolve with the seasons.
• Complete preventative maintenance (PM) and preseason projects linked to our RTO.
• Deliver maintenance support for capital projects.
• Maintain the condition of the plant shop and maintenance tools.
• Contribute to Process Safety Management and safety efforts.
• Conduct seasonal prep work, including Annual Preventative Maintenance, Repairs, and Improvements.
• Ensure proper setup, calibration, operation, and preventative maintenance of equipment.
• Perform grounds and facility maintenance as needed.
• Utilize Predictive Maintenance tools to prevent future machine failures.
• Create and update Preventative Maintenance plans for various equipment.
• Complete fabrication projects to enhance plant processes.
• Maintain detailed equipment records and prints.
• Take on various other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

WHAT SKILLS YOU NEED:

• A minimum of two (2) years of industrial maintenance or related experience.
• Working knowledge of the National Electric Code (NEC).
• Ability to climb and work in elevated areas, stand and sit for extended periods, and lift up to fifty (50) lbs.
• Comfort with technology and good computer skills, including Microsoft Applications.
• High attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• A valid US Driver's License.
• Integrity and a positive attitude, with a willingness to assist team members.
• Commitment to health and safety standards.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime during peak seasons.

WHAT MAKES YOU STAND OUT:

• Two-Year Technical or Associate's Degree in Maintenance, Electrical, Agriculture, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Experience with Programmable Logic Controls (PLC) and/or Automation.
• Additional industrial maintenance experience, including production equipment.

WORK AUTHORIZATION AND RELOCATION:

• VISA Sponsorship is NOT available for this position.
• This position does NOT offer a comprehensive domestic relocation package.

SITE DEDICATED (100% at Corteva location):

• This role will be on-site at our Corteva location.

The salary range for this position is $56,780 to $70,970 .

The salary range for this position is $56,780.00 to $70,970.00 , reflecting a reasonable estimate of the targeted base salary. This role is also eligible for an annual bonus based on geographic location and candidate qualifications.
