Job Description
We’re launching a new men’s-only gym concept that blends a premium open-gym experience with community-driven energy. As we build this space from the ground up, we’re looking for a reliable, energetic, and detail-oriented Studio Admin to be a foundational part of the team.
What You’ll Do:
Greet and check in members with warmth and professionalism
Keep the space clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout your shift
Answer questions and support new member inquiries
Monitor the gym floor and ensure a safe, respectful environment
Assist with events, rentals, and community activations
Help implement systems and processes as we grow
Ideal Candidate:
Punctual and dependable, with a strong work ethic
Approachable and clear communicator
Comfortable working early mornings and/or late evenings
Detail-oriented with pride in keeping things running smoothly
Passionate about health, fitness, and building community
Previous gym, front desk, or customer service experience is a plus
Compensation:
Hourly pay with potential for increased responsibilities and bonuses
