The Manager, Consumer Bank Deposit Product Pricing & Performance Analytics will work on creating analytics and documentation in support of Consumer Bank Pricing decisions. Specifically, this role will be involved in creating product analytics, conducting competitive rate research, documenting deposit performance to plan, providing ad hoc research analysis to aid the Business in meeting its goals, including generating recommendations and other inputs for review and decisioning as per the current governance and controls of Consumer Banking. Take ownership of the team’s daily operational duties, such as: assembling presentations, executing rate changes, maintaining pricing policies/procedures and BAU reporting in strict adherence to policies, procedures and controls. Key responsibilities include supporting specialized performance analytic requests, supporting the Pricing & Performance Analytics team with ongoing, scheduled and ad hoc analysis requests on topics such as competitive pricing, deposit and cost of funds performance, product analytics, customer lifetime value analysis, cost of funds analysis, cross-sell analysis, campaign tracking, and line of business performance. Support Consumer Bank pricing policies and controls including documenting audit trails, drafting Consumer Bank Pricing Committee meeting materials and minutes, ensuring all processes and procedures are documented and up to date, and providing operational support for pricing changes. Experience required includes at least 2 years of Financial Analyst or Product Management experience focused on financial and other models, Consumer & Small Business deposit products or related products. Requires working knowledge of Deposit product management, Finance, Budgeting, Data analytics, Product Development and Management. Education preferred includes Bachelor’s or advanced degrees, with a High School diploma or GED required. Skills include strong business, analytics, modelling and financial analytical skills, strong written and interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate effectively and deliver presentations. Excellent organization and planning skills are also required.
