We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Patient Engagement & Marketing Specialist to manage and execute patient outreach initiatives, including mass text and voice campaigns, email marketing, social media engagement, and community events.
Job Summary
This role is responsible for ensuring timely patient communication, analyzing campaign effectiveness, and driving engagement strategies to improve patient retention and reputation management. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to optimize outreach efforts and enhance brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Content Marketing:
· Create compelling healthcare content tailored to clinicians, providers, and patients.
· Develop whitepapers, eBooks, case studies, websites blogs prescription guides, and print collaterals. with AI-assisted copy and layout generation.
· Drive SEO and SEM strategies using keyword clustering and dynamic content optimization.
2.Social Media & Community Engagement:
· Plan and coordinate marketing and community engagement events to build brand awareness.
· Manage social media engagement, creating and posting relevant content while interacting with followers.
· Oversee review and reputation management, responding to patient reviews and feedback across online platforms.
3.Patient Outreach & Engagement:
· Send out mass text and voice campaigns to engage with patients.
· Monitor and respond to patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
· Track responses, escalate concerns as needed, and ensure high-quality service.
4.Email Marketing:
· Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to educate and engage patients.
5.Events, Webinars & Trade Shows:
· Plan and execute pharmacy-focused events, conferences, webinars, and health fairs.
· Develop promotional materials, manage event logistics, and ensure brand consistency
6.Reporting & Optimization:
· Maintain and update reports tracking the effectiveness of patient engagement efforts.
· Analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve retention and marketing strategies.
· Continuously refine outreach methods based on response trends and engagement levels.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Communications, PR, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Experience in marketing, patient engagement, or community outreach.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in email marketing tools, CRM platforms, and social media management.
• Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies for improved engagement.
• Experience in event planning and reputation management is a plus.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance (preferred).
Requirements:
• Ability to work on-site in Plano, TX.
• 6-month contract with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role.
• Currently unable to sponsor visa’s or accept applicants who require visa sponsorship
