Our client is looking to add a Marketing Specialist that will play a crucial in supporting multi-channel campaigns that generate leads, increase brand awareness, and support our sales team through innovative marketing strategies and initiatives. The scope of the role is broad and touches on multiple aspects of marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist Associate Marketing Director across multiple projects and channels to drive success across multiple priority initiatives
Support and manage marketing campaigns that promote our products and services
Assist in generating leads through various marketing campaigns and channels
Increase brand awareness by implementing compelling content and engaging with our target audience through multiple channels
Collaborate with sales and other functions as relevant with on-going campaigns and campaign optimizations
Design/support design of marketing materials as needed, including brochures, emails, social media posts, PowerPoints, and advertisements
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting as needed
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 3- 5 years of experience setting up campaigns, automations, triggers in a MAP, and handling campaign reporting
B2B marketing experience
Exposure to Marketing and Sales processes in and enterprise organization
Experience with Marketo and ZoomInfo
Highly organized with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, highly matrixed organization
Excellent design skills and proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
Proven experience in creating, supporting, and implementing successful marketing campaigns
Ability to draft marketing messaging/emails as needed with support of SMEs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The anticipated hourly rate range for this position is ($55-$58/hr). Actual hourly rate will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
