Hairline Illusions in Dr.Philips (Orlando Florida) is looking for one master cosmetologist with sales experience to join our strong team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and engaged.\
\
Responsibilities\
\
Consulting with clients on stylistic options for their hair.\
Professional wig, topper and toupee applications, cutting and styling - with and without adhesives.\
Performing scalp treatments.\
Describing different hair replacements and hair care products and their benefits.\
Remain up to date with trends and techniques including attending courses or workshops\
Building a personal relationship with clients to ensure return visits.\
Adhering to salon safety and cleanliness standards.\
Achieve customer goals by completing beauty procedures such as haircuts, styling, makeup application, etc.\
Ability to advise and recommend services based on customer needs\
Work with other technicians to maintain a positive work environment\
Coordinate with departments to set sales goals and deadlines for teams\
Follow through with sales leads and customer inquiries\
Maintain accurate sales records as required\
Ensure distribution of products is completed in a timely manner\
Qualifications\
\
Valid Georgia cosmetology license.\
Previous experience and proficient in wig and toupee applications, removals and cleaning. (Sew-in, Micro-Links, With or without adhesives)\
Cutting and Styling (Barbering and Layering curly, coily and straight hair textures)\
Ability to listen and communicate efficiently.\
Good verbal communication.\
Strong sense of aesthetics\
Exceptional customer service skills\
Wig making experience is a plus but not required.\
