Responsibilities •Oversee TheraCorp's daily office operations to ensure an efficient, organized, and client-focused environment.
•Monitoring and reporting accountability to ensure efficient operations
•Address and resolve operational issues promptly, supporting a culture of continuous improvement.
•Serve as the first point of contact by greeting clients warmly, managing a high volume of phone calls, and delivering accurate, timely information.
•Schedule appointments and respond to potential client inquiries while clearly communicating TheraCorp's policies and procedures.
•Manage administrative tasks, including maintaining accurate client records, processing payments, and handling correspondence.
•Collaborate closely with clinicians and team members to coordinate schedules and support seamless daily operations.
•Model and uphold TheraCorp's core values in every interaction with clients, colleagues, and partners.
Qualifications •Two years of administrative experience preferred
•Organizational skills
•Ability to work independently and under pressure, while managing multiple tasks, staff members, and responsibilities
•Experience in the provision of mental health services is preferred, but not required.
