The Member Service Manager will oversee our branch operations, ensuring profitability, market share growth, and exceptional service delivery. In this role, you will lead a dedicated team, optimize branch performance, and foster strong relationships within the community.

The position’s essential duties include the following:
- Staff Management: Direct, develop, and motivate branch personnel. Conduct performance evaluations, recommend personnel actions, and hold meetings to discuss goals and updates.
- Member Service: Plan and direct branch activities to meet strategic goals. Develop and promote relationships within the community to increase loan and membership growth.
- Production: Monitor branch activity and ensure high levels of member satisfaction. Underwrite loan applications and comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication with management and staff, informing all parties of critical issues and updates.
Education
A two-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school is required.
Experience
Two to five years of similar or related experience, preferably in a credit union or financial institution.
Previous Business Development experience is desired.
