Care Professional

Becoming a Care Professional for Home Instead is a rewarding experience. You are able to help people who may feel lonely or require some extra support to live their best life and remain independent in their home. Care for us means quality care. It means providing support that is completely personalized to the individual based on a close bond formed from personality similarities, shared interests, and experiences.

This position is for a part time Caregiver position in New London, daily from 10am-5pm

Care Professional Responsibilities

• Activities that the client enjoys, companionship
• Assist Client with Activities of Daily Living/hygiene assistance
• Meal Preparation (if needed)
• Mobility Assistance
• Transporting clients to and from appointments, errands, activities, etc. (if needed)
• Light Housekeeping
  

Care Professional Requirements

• Passion to help people live their best life
• Safety is top priority
• Willingness to Take the Lead, Share your Heart and Build Trust
• Outstanding patience and listening skills
• Willingness to learn and expand skill set
• No experience necessary
• Willingness to travel up to thirty minutes to their client if needed
• Valid driver's license and registered, insured vehicle
