Job Description

A professional services company in the Greater Chicago Area is actively seeking a new Oracle Field Service Management (OFSM) Consultant to join their growing team of professionals. In this role, the Oracle Field Service Management (OFSM) Consultant will be responsible for supporting the implementation of Oracle Cloud applications within a public school system.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Field Service Management (OFSM) within the school system's Oracle Cloud environment
Collaborate with stakeholders from the Inventory Sourcing team to align field service operations with inventory availability and warehouse logistics
Ensure OFSM integrates effectively with Oracle Warehouse Management (WMS) and Inventory Management modules
Develop and document functional requirements, process flows, and configuration specifications.
Provide guidance on best practices for field service scheduling, technician dispatch, and service order fulfillment
Support data migration, testing, training, and go-live activities.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to OFSM functionality and integration
Work closely with Oracle support and implementation partners to ensure the timely delivery of project milestones
Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

Proven experience implementing Oracle Field Service Management (OFSM) in a cloud environment
Strong understanding of Oracle Inventory Management and Warehouse Management modules
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Desired Skills:

Experience working on Oracle implementations in Educational and/or Public Sector institutions
Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications
Knowledge of Public School system operations and logistics
