We are seeking a dependable and detail oriented Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. This is an in office role focused on accurately preparing and processing product orders for distribution. The right candidate enjoys working independently, follows instructions well, and takes pride in supporting overall team success.
Key Responsibilities:
Pick, pack, and manifest product orders
Maintain accurate inventory records using tracking software
Assist with compliance reporting and documentation
Ensure all orders meet company standards for quality and accuracy
Support smooth and timely flow of product through the fulfillment process
Follow all established procedures and safety guidelines
Qualifications:
Current OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit (required)
Experience with Metrc, LeafLink, or similar inventory management systems (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to consistently follow processes and meet deadlines
Dependable and punctual, able to work 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Monday through Friday
Comfortable working independently in a production environment
Coachable, with a team first attitude
Compensation:
