Position Overview
We’re currently hiring a reliable and detail-driven Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our production team. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that’s essential to keeping our operations running smoothly and our customers satisfied.
Position Responsibilities:
● Weigh and pack top-tier cannabis flower
● Pack pre-rolls with consistency
● Label and assemble orders for delivery
● Keep quality high and errors low
● Stay steady in a fast-moving, high-output environment
Applicant Requirements:
● Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity
● Ability to bend, twist, lift, and carry up to 25 lbs
● Ability to stand for up to 8-hours a day
● Strong focus on inventory accuracy and order precision
● Flexibility to shift between tasks and priorities throughout the day
Preferred Qualifications:
● Experience in a production or fulfillment environment
● Familiarity with cannabis products and compliance standards
Compensation & Benefits:
● Starting wage: $17.00/hour

● Health insurance reimbursement up to $300/month
● Consistent weekday schedule with work-life balance in mind:
○ Monday–Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:15 PM
○ Includes 45-minute unpaid lunch + two paid 15-minute breaks
