Outside Sales Representative – Automotive Service & Repair Industry

Location: Hybrid – Houston, TX 77058

$60,000–$150,000 per year, with total compensation including a generous commission structure.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Prospect new B2B clients in your assigned territory through cold calls, trade visits, networking, and referrals.

  • Build relationships with fleet managers, dealerships, service departments, and commercial partners.

  • Promote DIB’s full suite of in-house services: automotive repair, diagnostics, collision repair, fleet maintenance , and more.

  • Conduct in-person consultations and presentations to highlight the efficiency, value, and reliability of our services.

  • Confidently close deals by offering tailored service packages that meet client needs and exceed expectations.

  • Manage your sales pipeline independently and follow up consistently to maximize retention and upsell opportunities.

  • Provide client feedback to help refine service offerings and improve customer experience.

  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and service innovations.

What You Bring
  • 3+ years of outside sales experience (automotive or B2B services preferred).

  • Familiarity with automotive repair operations , fleet maintenance needs, or service workflows.

  • A track record of closing deals and managing a sales territory.

  • Strong communication skills—able to turn technical offerings into clear solutions.

  • Self-starter mindset with excellent time management and organizational skills.

What We Offer
  • $60,000–$150,000 per year, with total compensation including a generous commission structure, top earners can reach up to $150,000 annually based on performance.
