Warren Truck & Trailer is looking for a full-time Painter in Talco, TX to join our team. You will play a key role in painting dump bodies, flatbeds, spreaders, and other truck equipment. Your Role: As a Painter at Warren Truck & Trailer, you will: -Prepare units for painting by sanding and using the appropriate equipment. -Mix the correct amounts of paint, reducer, hardener, and other materials as needed for each job. -Use and care for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) properly. -Use basic hand tools like a tape measure and specialized equipment. -Inspect finished paint jobs to ensure all surfaces are properly covered and meet quality standards. -Adhere to all safety rules as outlined in the Warren Handbook. -Clean up after each job and ensure equipment is ready for the next use. -Maintain and properly store all painting equipment and tools. -Cross-train in other work areas to support production needs when required. -Perform other job duties as assigned. Qualifications: -Prior painting experience or a strong desire to learn the trade. -Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week. -Strong commitment to safety and teamwork. -Willingness to work overtime when needed.
