The Patient Care & Outreach Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting both the internal operations and external relationships of Rise Above PT. This individual will be the first point of contact for many patients, ensuring clear communication, supportive follow-up, and seamless coordination of care. Additionally, the role includes building relationships with local healthcare providers, managing our social media presence, and assisting with day-to-day office tasks.

We’re seeking a warm, organized, and proactive individual with a healthcare background and a genuine interest in women’s health, pelvic floor therapy, and community engagement.

• Required:
• Background in healthcare, physical therapy, medical office work, or related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
• Warm, compassionate demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
• Comfortable using social media platforms professionally ( Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)

• Preferred:
• Experience in women’s health, pelvic floor therapy, or related specialty
• Familiarity with EMR systems or patient scheduling software
• Graphic design or Canva skills
• Experience in community outreach, marketing, or provider relations
