Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive, compassionate, and highly organized Patient Care Coordinator to join our Aesthetx team and support our patients throughout their surgical journey with us! This position will be delivering white-glove, high-touch, concierge-level experience to our patients from their initial inquiry to post-operative care. The Patient Care Associate will act as the primary point of contact for patients while guiding them through consultations, procedures, and all administrative steps to ensure they feel informed and confident in their care. This position follows a hybrid schedule, with time split between our Menlo Park and Campbell locations.
Salary Range: $81,350 to $99,200+
Responsibilities:
Education And Qualifications:
• 1-3 years of experience as a Patient Care Coordinator, Customer Experience Manager, Sales Specialist, Front Office Manager, or Sales Associate
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge in MS Office software
• High level of professionalism
• Understanding and interest in plastic surgery, aesthetics, or medical practices
• Excellent team player and strong attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Customer service experience and ability to connect with people easily
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to take initiative on new projects
• Sales experience a plus
