Our client, a high-profile UHNWI, is seeking a trustworthy Personal Assistant to manage day-to-day operations and household needs in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, can juggle competing priorities with ease, and is committed to providing seamless support. This role blends personal assistant duties with house management responsibilities, offering a rare opportunity to work alongside innovators shaping the future of tech and wellness. This position requires an onsite presence in Silicon Beach. The salary range is $120k-150k. Key Responsibilities Prioritize and provide strategic administrative and project management support for both personal and business projects. Manage and oversee household operations Oversight and coordination of complex calendars ensuring effective time management and seamless coordination of activities Partner cross-functionally with the office of the CEO and support professionals Coordinate and supervise household staff, including culinary, groundskeeping, and support teams Maintain vendor and contact lists, ensuring strong professional relationships Run errands and provide personal support as needed Work collaboratively with a high-performing team in a growth-oriented environment Ensure organization, efficiency, and discretion always Extensive project management including punch lists, overseeing household systems, staying up to date with seasonal maintenance and home improvements Key Qualifications Proven experience in personal assistant and/or household management roles Strong communication skills with a clear and professional presence Background in entertainment, film, TV, music, or tech preferred Ability to excel in a high-performance, fast-paced environment Highly accountable, adaptable, and detail-oriented Passionate about supporting executives and UHNW individuals Excellent software skills including Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Adobe, ChatGPT, Asana, Notion We will consider qualified candidates with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of the Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring.
