Personal Lines Account Manager DiStefano Insurance – Canal Fulton, OH | Hybrid (In-Office & Remote)

Position Summary : At DiStefano Insurance, we’re proud to be one of the leading independent insurance agencies in the area, with a history of integrity and exceptional service dating back to 1931. Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a talented Personal Lines Account Manager to join our dynamic and forward-thinking organization.

The Personal Lines Account Manager is responsible for servicing an existing client base while working closely with other insurance team members to maintain customer relationships. This position offers a base salary with bonuses and a competitive benefits package, including paid time off, health insurance, and 401(k).

What You’ll Do:

• Manage your own book of business with a focus on client retention
• Proactively connect with customers to review accounts and provide guidance
• Identify opportunities to round out coverage and enhance protection
• Assist with claims, billing questions, endorsements, and day-to-day service needs
• Educate clients to build trust and demonstrate the value of our agency
• Ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction through strong organization and follow-through

What We’re Looking For:

• Active Property & Casualty license (required)
• Prior experience in an insurance agency setting (preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
