Role Description As a Personal Shopper, you will connect with clients to understand their style, lifestyle and budget, building lasting relationships and driving sales while delivering an exclusive, personalized service. Use strong style and product knowledge to match merchandise to individual client preferences. Promote the company’s credit and loyalty programs to increase engagement and long‑term retention. Implement upselling and cross‑selling techniques to maximize sales and enhance the client journey. Build and manage a portfolio of clients, tracking preferences, purchase history and upcoming occasions. Proactively reach out to clients with tailored outreach, event invitations and promotions. Plan, curate and host in‑store events, trunk shows and style sessions to engage clients and showcase new merchandise. Source and present products that align with each client’s style, budget and lifestyle needs, and provide styling guidance. Collaborate with store leadership to align personal shopping strategies with store goals and seasonal business priorities. Serve as a natural leader within the store, exemplifying our service model and contributing to a positive team culture. Perform additional duties as assigned and stay current on fashion trends and product knowledge. Key Performance Indicators Store credit applications and customer loyalty program enrollments. Sales targets and client‑centric KPIs. Consistently deliver an elevated shopping experience that feels exclusive and memorable. Required Qualifications (Minimum Requirements) High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree in Fashion, Merchandising, Marketing or a related field is preferred. 2+ years of experience in personal shopping, styling, luxury retail or client‑service focused roles. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales and service KPIs. Compensation & Benefits The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $19.00 and $23.71 per hour. Compensation may vary based on location, experience and other factors. The total compensation package includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k) eligibility, paid time off and extensive employee benefits. An employee discount and other perks are also available.
