Position Summary Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals. Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, guidelines, including safety sweeps, forklift spotting, handling hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations. Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items, scanning, wrapping, palletizing, ensuring accuracy, securing items, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise. Completes work assignments by using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, coworkers, customers and partners; identifies priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicates progress; recommends improvement opportunities. Provides Member service by acknowledging Members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting Company products. Complies with company policies, procedures, and ethics; respects diversity; acts with integrity; serves customers and members; delivers results; drives continuous improvement.
