About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plumbing Superintendent with a strong background in Plumbing. This position will play a pivotal role in the successful field execution of large-scale commercial and industrial construction projects in the Tampa region. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations on the job site, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.

• Key Responsibilities: Provide leadership and direction to field staff, subcontractors, and trades on multiple active projects.
• Oversee the installation Plumbing systems.
• Ensure all work meets or exceeds code requirements, design specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate schedules, manpower, tools, materials, and equipment across all job sites.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, safety, and compliance.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and designers to resolve technical issues.
• Maintain up-to-date project documentation and reporting for senior leadership.
• Enforce and promote a culture of safety in alignment with OSHA standards and company policies.
• Participate in planning meetings and pre-construction activities to identify risks and logistics strategies.
