This is an opening for our high performing packaging team. Operators can expect to be cross-trained and learn to become proficient working on our two canning lines, our mix packing line, and our kegline. Since this is an overnight position, compensation includes a per shift differential ($20.75 hourly to start + a $40 per shift differential).

No experience necessary, we will provide paid training. But experience is a bonus, or at least warehouse and/or forklift work.

We are looking for career orientated individuals that are interested in starting a career in the craft beer business.

We currently run a Continental Schedule (12-hour shifts, with 3-4 day work weeks). Days run 2 on 2 off, so there is weekend work. Please list your availability with your application. We have an AM shift (6 am - 6 pm) and a PM shift (6 pm - 6 am). Operators are hired to one or the other, this position does not toggle between the two.

Must be at least 21 years old.

Position Summary

• Operate packaging equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance as assigned.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Understand and adhere to safety standards.
• Clean and maintains packaging equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Alert supervisor(s) or other management to potential quality or safety concerns.
• Use Personal Protection Equipment properly.
• Log information immediately and accurately.
• 3-4 day work weeks, based off a continental schedule of 12-hour shifts.
• Employees are hired on an AM or PM basis. Overnight PM shifts that go from 6 pm to 6 am also include a $40 per shift overnight differential.

• Ability to multitask and adjust to changing priorities
• Mechanical aptitude required
• Ability to work well both independently and within a team environment
• Ability to work well at a fast pace in high pressure situations
• Strong attention to detail

Physical & Mental Requirements

Must have the physical and mental strength and endurance to be able to perform duties, in at times extreme environments, as well as the ability to handle stressors of the position in operational and administrative situations. Required to frequently lift 50lbs to shoulder height and push or pull 160 lbs. Expected to stand, sit, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, talk, hear, taste, smell, see, and operate objects, tools, and controls. May be required to work weekend and overnight shifts.
