The BI Developer will be part of a team decommissioning Tableau for a large health system on the West Coast. Before the end of the year, 800-1,000 reports will be migrated from Tableau to Power BI, tested, and validated to enable the decommissioning of the platform at the start of 2026. The Power BI Developers will be responsible for analyzing existing clinical, finance, and operational reports, determining how reports can be combined and subdivided for maximum user accessibility, and manually migrating the reports to Power BI. They will then build out the Power BI dashboards for a variety of healthcare business units, including clinical, finance, and operational leadership. This is a contract role running through the end of 2025 with the potential to extend into the start of 2026.
