Responsibilities: - Maintain and clean various properties using a pressure washer.
- Perform gutter cleaning.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning tasks.
- Maintain working condition of vehicles and cleaning equipment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in pressure washing, maintenance, or other related fields
- Ability to handle physical workload including using a ladder.
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous window cleaning will be considered a valued qualification
