$18.00 - $ 20/ hour to START for dependable night owls! AND....$500 welcome bonus after just four weeks!

Eligible for $500 quarterly bonus after 90 days! (potential for an extra $2,000 each year!)

We're a property maintenance contractor in need of a Pressure Washer. You will work in teams operating trailer-mounted pressure washing equipment to clean retail sidewalks and parking garages.

FULL TIME with overtime opportunities and this position is year-round . Most shifts are overnight, but occasional day shifts

Job requirements include:

• Report to office in Fenton everyday
• Class E driver's license (or better) with a clean driving record (minimum of 3 years driving experience).
• Valid DOT physical is required before start date
• You must be drug free (all employees are tested and this also includes Marijuana )
• Ability to read maps and follow directions
• Ability to utilize email and navigate various apps and web based programs to track services performed
• Prefer: basic mechanical knowledge and equipment troubleshooting ability

Job duties:

• Safely drive company pick-up truck, with and without trailer.
• Operate trailer mounted pressure washers and related equipment.
• Utilize our cleaning technique to properly service customers’ sidewalks and parking garages.
• Ensure equipment is properly cleaned and stored, perform oil checks, submit issues to maintenance department.
