Location: On-site, Lakewood, New Jersey
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
Reports to: Photography Manager / Director of Operations
About the role
Start your creative career in E-commerce Photography with no experience needed. We will train you to prep products, operate a camera and tethered workstation, and follow simple checklists to produce clean, consistent images for our website and marketplaces.
What you’ll do
Prep products for camera: unbox, steam/lint-roll, pin/stuff, clean surfaces, and match items to SKUs/barcodes.
Set up simple stations: place sweep/backdrops, light stands, and turntables (with step-by-step guides).
Follow shot checklists: capture hero and detail angles, keep framing consistent using templates and stickers, use style guides.
Keep things organized: log what you shot, flag defects/missing parts, and return products to their correct bins/locations.
Care for the studio: wipe surfaces, coil cables, charge batteries, and track basic gear inventory.’

Must-haves
Coachable, reliable, and comfortable following step-by-step instructions.
Strong attention to detail (notice damage, dust, dirt, stains and/or smudges).
Basic computer skills (Experience with Google Suite and Microsoft Office)
Able to stand for long periods and lift/move up to 30–40 lbs safely.
Clear communication and a positive, team-first attitude.
Nice to have (Optional)
Personal interest in photography or content creation (phone or camera).
Retail, warehouse, or studio experience.
Familiarity with sneakers, apparel, accessories, or collectibles.
Any exposure to Shopify, marketplaces, or Google Drive.
Compensation & benefits
Type: Hourly, non-exempt
Range: $20 per hour (paid weekly)
