Job Title: Professional Musician/Cantor

Location: Augusta, Georgia 30901

Duties:

  • Timeliness in reporting for duty is critical. Presently, the service is on Tuesdays at Noon. 
  • Must be present 15 to 20 minutes prior to the service start time

 

Education & Qualifications:

 

  • Must be educated/experienced in church/liturgical music and shall play and sing sacred music during all Worship Services and other scheduled Chaplain Service activities as listed above.
  • Acceptable education/experience may be evidenced through resume/transcripts/experiences.
  • This position would not be suitable for someone in the entertainment industry.
  • The music provided is not performance-based but is strictly for worship.
