Strategic Systems, Inc. (strsi.com), a provider of IT services specializing in emerging, disruptive, and growth-enabling solutions, seeks an organized Project Coordinator to support our Project Management Office (PMO). The role involves assisting in coordinating technology projects related to Advanced Analytics, Data Science, Machine Learning, Learning & Development (L&D), Application Development & Maintenance, and Infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Assist project managers with scheduling, documentation, and tracking tasks
- Schedule and facilitate project meetings, manage meeting minutes, and follow up on action items
- Ensure consistent communication and information distribution across project teams and stakeholders
- Prepare, maintain, and distribute accurate project reports and dashboards
- Monitor and document project milestones and deliverables
Skills and Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in technology or IT environments
- Familiarity with project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Excel, etc.)
- Agile certification (CSM or equivalent) preferred
- Experience with waterfall methodologies, specifically for infrastructure projects, preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Relevant project management certification preferred but not required
