Job Description

Title: Project Manager – Creative Agency Manager

Location: Hybrid – 60 Morehall Road, Malvern, PA

Job Type: Contract (6 months to start, with high possibility for extension; potential for conversion, though no FTE headcount is currently available)

Work Schedule: 37.5 hours per week (e.g., 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM, with flexibility on start/end times) Pay Rate: Up to $52.00 per hour

A Day in the Life: As a Creative Agency Manager, you will demonstrate strong leadership and confidence in managing projects and campaigns from inception to completion. Your day will involve collaborating with various departments, including writers and editors, as well as liaising with business partners. You'll need to be highly detailed, organized, and possess strong communication skills, adept at navigating ambiguity and remaining flexible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project & Campaign Management: Organize, track, and prioritize work. Develop and refine processes for efficiency. Manage risks, issues, and changes.
  • Stakeholder & Team Communication: Build relationships with business partners. Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication. Set expectations for workflows and timing.
  • Change & Resource Management: Manage and communicate changes in priorities effectively. Assess project scope and adjust resources as needed. Foster teamwork and resolve conflicts.
  • Leadership & Strategy: Lead project kickoffs and status meetings. Align creative projects with business goals.
  • Innovation & Technical Skill: Utilize Workfront and understand creative processes across various media (social, video, print, digital). Stay current with project management and marketing trends.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience in a creative or marketing agency.
  • At least 3 years of profound Workfront experience.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and people-oriented.
