This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the delivery of complex and high-impact projects across the region. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in electrical construction, a strong sense of leadership, and a desire to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

  • Coordinate with field teams, clients, vendors, and subcontractors

  • Track and control job costs, change orders, and billings
  • Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and quality standards
  • Represent the company in client and project meetings
  • Assist with estimating and preconstruction planning as needed
  • Mentor and support junior staff and field crews

Requirements :

  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience in electrical or general construction
  • In-depth knowledge of electrical systems and installation practices
  • Strong track record delivering commercial or industrial projects
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Proficient in construction software and Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • Valid driver’s license

💼 What’s Included:

  • Competitive salary of $100,000 – $140,000 (based on experience)
  • Annual performance based salary
  • Company vehicle and fuel card
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) plan with employer contribution
  • Paid time off and holidays
