The Property Accountant will report directly to the Accounting Manager and play a crucial role in the financial operations of the company. In this position, the Property Accountant will be responsible for:

• Full-cycle general accounting for multiple entities.
• Bank reconciliations and month-end close processes.
• Financial reporting and analysis to support decision-making.
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
• Utilizing Excel and accounting software to manage financial data.

• 3+ years of experience in property accounting.
• Commercial property accounting experience is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools.
