We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Public Relations Assistant to join our dynamic event marketing team. The Public Relations Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting MGN Foundation’s event marketing efforts. As a Brand Ambassador, you will represent the foundation at various in-person events, assist with event logistics, and engage with the community to promote our mission and increase brand awareness. This position focuses entirely on live event marketing, making it an excellent opportunity for those eager to thrive in a fast-paced, community-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the face of MGN Foundation at events, effectively communicating the foundation’s mission and message to attendees.
• Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing on-site logistics, including setup, breakdown, and customer interaction.
• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, influencers, and event attendees to strengthen brand visibility and community ties.
• Engage with event attendees, provide information about the foundation, answer questions, and distribute promotional materials.
• Collect attendee feedback and insights to assess event success and suggest improvements for future events.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: No prior experience required; however, internships or volunteer work in event marketing or public relations is a plus.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently represent the brand and interact with diverse groups. Excellent organizational and time management abilities are essential.
• Key Attributes: A passion for MGN Foundation’s mission and community impact, an outgoing and approachable demeanor, and a strong desire to learn and grow in the fields of event marketing and public relations.
