Job Title: Public Relations Associate

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Public Relations Associate to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping and maintaining the public image of our organization. Key Responsibilities
Craft and distribute press releases and media materials to promote organizational campaigns and initiatives.
Develop and maintain relationships with key media contacts and industry influencers.
Assist in the planning and execution of events, press conferences, and promotional activities.
Monitor and analyze media coverage and public perception to assess the effectiveness of PR strategies.
Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to ensure consistency in messaging across all channels.
Prepare presentations and reports on PR activities and outcomes for senior management.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in public relations or communications roles.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
Proficiency in using social media platforms and digital communication tools for outreach.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with media monitoring tools and PR analytics software
