Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a collaborative Real Estate Development Coordinator to support the alignment of multiple business units in acquiring and executing real estate development projects. This role will work closely with diverse teams to ensure project goals are met, assisting with critical tasks such as due diligence, budgeting, and contract negotiations. The ideal candidate is an organized communicator with a passion for contributing to successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior management, design teams, contractors, and local stakeholders to align objectives and support the execution of real estate development projects
  • Assist in performing due diligence, developing budgets, creating timelines, and conducting financial analytics to ensure compliance and project feasibility
  • Help review and negotiate contracts, secure permits and approvals, and coordinate with project teams to keep initiatives on track
  • Facilitate meetings and provide project coordination support to drive timely and effective progress

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a management or coordination role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Project, Word, etc.)
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
