Recruiting & Marketing Associate

We are seeking a Recruiting/Marketing Associate, who will represent Bestcare on site in our Eastern LI location in Selden. This role is responsible for the recruiting and onboarding of Certified HHA's, PCA's and New Trainees. As well as providing a touch point for our Eastern Suffolk field staff and assisting with marketing efforts. This is an ideal role for a self-starter who is detail oriented.

Key responsibilities include:

• Recruit New Trainees, experienced HHA’s and PCA’s.
• Represent Bestcare at job fairs, local events, and marketing visits.
• Coordinating training and onboarding of new staff.
• Coordinating In-service programs for existing staff.
• Providing training and technical assistance to staff on the use of Bestcare applications.

Experience:

• Home Care Recruiting – 1 year min.
• General use of MS Office
• HHA Exchange, Care Connect experience a plus
• Bilingual English/Spanish skill a plus
