The Opportunity
We are seeking a driven and experienced Regional Vice President (RVP)to lead growth in your market. This role is ideal for a top-producing insurance advisor, financial advisor, or recruiter with a strong background in the industry who is ready to take the next step: building and leading their own agency with the backing of a proven platform.

What You’ll Do
Recruit, mentor, and develop a team of advisors and agents
Drive growth and profitability across your assigned region
Leverage our marketing platform and training systems to scale your business
Build strong client and advisor relationships with integrity and professionalism
Represent Safe Future Financials' mission of helping families secure their financial future

The Ideal Candidate
Licensed insurance professional and/or securities licensed (FINRA preferred)
Proven track record as a top producer, agency builder, or recruiter in the financial services industry
Strong leadership skills and entrepreneurial drive
Desire to build a business for yourself, but not by yourself
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
