Position Summary

We are seeking a passionate, skilled Registered Behavior Technician to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults with autism and related developmental differences. You’ll work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized behavior intervention plans that make a lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in clinic, home, school, or community settings
  • Collect and record data on client progress
  • Assist in skill acquisition and behavior reduction strategies
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including BCBAs, therapists, and physicians
  • Maintain a positive, respectful, and compassionate approach with clients and families
  • Follow ethical guidelines and confidentiality requirements

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred
  • Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Excellent communication, patience, and adaptability
  • CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Ability to pass a background check and meet local/state requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
