Position Summary
We are seeking a passionate, skilled Registered Behavior Technician to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults with autism and related developmental differences. You’ll work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized behavior intervention plans that make a lasting impact.
Teachers, Nurses, and other caregivers are encouraged to apply as we will train you and get you registered!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in clinic, home, school, or community settings
- Collect and record data on client progress
- Assist in skill acquisition and behavior reduction strategies
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including BCBAs, therapists, and physicians
- Maintain a positive, respectful, and compassionate approach with clients and families
- Follow ethical guidelines and confidentiality requirements
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred
- Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities
- Excellent communication, patience, and adaptability
- CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass a background check and meet local/state requirements

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
