Remote Insurance Customer Service Representative (State Farm Experience Required)
$24/hr | Part-Time | Work From Home

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Effectively manage incoming calls
• Generate multi-line leads Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow-up to ensure resolution
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Take the extra mile to engage customers
• Proficient with ECRM

Requirements:

• Spanish Speaking Mandatory
• Active P&C license required
  
• 2+ years working in a State Farm agent office REQUIRED
  
• Spanish fluency required
• Flexible schedule (4 hours/day)
• Paid time off + training provided
