Job Description

Remote Insurance Customer Service Representative (State Farm Experience Required)
$24/hr | Part-Time | Work From Home

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Effectively manage incoming calls
Generate multi-line leads Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow-up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Take the extra mile to engage customers
Proficient with ECRM

Requirements:

Spanish Speaking Mandatory
Active P&C license required
2+ years working in a State Farm agent office REQUIRED
Spanish fluency required
Flexible schedule (4 hours/day)
Paid time off + training provided
