The RN MDS Nurse at The Laurels of Defiance is responsible for conducting comprehensive resident assessments using the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process, coordinating care plans, and ensuring compliance with Medicare and regulatory requirements. This role requires clinical nursing expertise combined with the ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams.
