The RPA Analyst performs detailed analysis of business processes to identify opportunities for Robotic Process Automation (RPA). This role works closely with business units and workstreams to determine automation candidates, documents detailed step-by-step recreations of manual processes and workflows, and collaborates with development and configuration teams to test, review, and ensure solution quality.

Education / Experience: Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of related work experience, or 5+ years of equivalent professional experience.
Technical Experience: Experience with RPA and automation tools, AI prompts, Copilot, and Power Automate. Programming and development technologies including Python, C#,.NET, SQL, Java, APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and database query tools. HTML and demonstrated knowledge of stateless programming, session handling, and page lifecycle (preferred). Cloud security, cloud solutions, and server environments. Understanding and knowledge of test automation (preferred).
