What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Drive the distribution strategy for Supplemental Health products within the Government and Education sectors
Partner with internal teams to uncover cross-sell opportunities and enhance client education
Collaborate with matrix partners to innovate and improve service offerings in the G&E sectors
Accountable for achieving assigned sales goals and executing market strategies
Participate in negotiations and presentations to stakeholders and clients

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor’s Degree
10+ years of relevant experience in sales or related fields
Proven history of delivering business results and meeting sales targets
Strong analytical skills and ability to think strategically
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience with large national accounts and government procurement processes
Familiarity with trends and innovations in Supplemental Health
Proven ability to lead in a heavily matrixed environment
