Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A K-12 school in Arlington, TX is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist for a contract position covering a maternity leave. This role is ideal for an experienced professional passionate about supporting students' communication development in a school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech-language therapy services for students within the K-12 range
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to track progress and adjust interventions
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district and state regulations
  • Deliver services primarily onsite with one day of work from home per week

Qualifications:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathology certification (SLP-CCC preferred)
  • Experience working as a school-based SLP
  • Strong knowledge of speech-language disorders and effective therapeutic techniques
  • Ability to manage a caseload and prioritize student needs effectively
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
