Title: Scrum Master Location: Jersey City, NJ (Onsite) Employment Type: Contract Compensation Pay Range:$26.81-$39.44/Hrs Description Facilitate the Scrum process with the team. Coach the team and organization in adopting Scrum principles. Remove impediments to the team's progress. Shield the team from external distractions. Promote continuous improvement within the team. Support the Product Owner in backlog management. Foster effective communication and collaboration. Key Responsibilities Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning and Retrospectives. Guide the team in self-management and cross-functionality. Identify and resolve obstacles that hinder team progress. Help the team stay focused on sprint goals. Encourage a culture of continuous improvement. Assist the Product Owner in communicating product vision to the team. Ensure smooth information flow within the team and with stakeholders. Qualifications Experience in facilitating Scrum processes and ceremonies. Ability to coach teams in adopting Scrum principles. Skilled in identifying and removing team impediments. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
