Responsibilities Conduct in-depth SEO research, including keyword analysis and competitor gap analysis to uncover new opportunities. Develop and implement comprehensive local SEO strategies designed to increase organic search visibility, drive high-quality traffic, and improve lead generation across multiple markets. Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles, ensuring accurate information, engaging content, and strong local rankings. Collaborate with internal teams, including content, development, and creative to ensure alignment between SEO strategies, website projects, content creation, and link-building initiatives. Perform detailed website audits to identify technical and content-related SEO issues, then establish and maintain a continuous improvement roadmap. Partner with IT and development teams to optimize site domains, redirects, metadata, backlinks, and architecture for stronger search performance and user experience. Deliver data-driven insights by conducting competitor analysis, content gap analysis, and performance monitoring using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Semrush, and similar tools. Stay informed on Google algorithm updates, evolving SEO best practices, and industry trends that could impact local search performance. Create and present SEO performance reports, providing clear insights and actionable recommendations to drive measurable business outcomes. Requirements 3+ years of hands-on experience with technical and local SEO . Demonstrated expertise in managing and optimizing Google Business Profiles at scale. Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, keyword research, information architecture, and technical optimization. Proven ability to design and execute SEO strategies that achieve meaningful business results. Track record of driving measurable organic growth and improving site performance. Proficiency with major SEO and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, BrightLocal, Local Falcon, etc). Skilled in analytical problem-solving and data interpretation.
