Enliven Planters is hiring hands-on, outdoor-loving individuals to join our seasonal gardening team for our winter season. If you’d rather work in the sunshine than under fluorescent lights, read on.

About Us:

At Enliven Planters our mission is to make the world a more beautiful and enjoyable place to live. We install hand-crafted seasonal flower arrangements at homes and businesses across Greater Philadelphia—four times a year, transforming our neighborhoods into lush, blooming green spaces.

Job Overview:

In this dynamic and hands-on role, you will be the driving force behind making Philadelphia bloom. Each day, gardeners are responsible for loading up their delivery trucks with necessary plants and materials, then are off to hit their daily delivery quota and bring our green vision to life. 

What You'll Do:

• Safely drive a box truck to customer sites (valid driver’s license required)
• Install seasonal planters at homes and businesses with a focus on quality and efficiency
• Work independently and meet daily delivery/installation quotas
• Represent Enliven with kindness and professionalism
• Support teammates when needed
• Any other duties needed to help drive our Vision, fulfill our Mission, and abide by our Organization’s Values.

What You Bring:

• Your positive attitude, solid work ethic, and best self to work each day.
• No gardening experience needed—we’ll train you!
• Willingness to work hard, outdoors, in all kinds of weather
• Ability to lift up to 65 lbs repeatedly (this role is labor intensive!) and climb ladders up to 22 ft
• Background in horticulture, landscaping, gardening, or manual labor is a plus
