Charles City, Iowa: Pay: $17.25 / hour + company benefits
Shift(s):
- Tuesday - Thursday: 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm / Friday: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm
About the job:
- Excellent customer service is always your top priority.
- You observe, survey the area and provide reporting on the activity at your assigned location.
- You provide rapid response in critical situations.
- You’re good at reading and writing detailed reports.
- You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.
- Gate access control responsibilities.
- Vehicle patrols of client facility (company patrol vehicle provided during work hours).
- Routine foot patrols (inside and outside) of client property.
- Other duties as assigned.
Your background:
- You have a high school education or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass a motor vehicle record check
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Iowa State Security License provided by GARDAWORLD if needed.
- Must be able to work outside in various weather conditions when needed
- Customer service experience/skills
- Written/verbal communication skills
- Computer skills
- Must be able to climb stairs and walk long distances
