GardaWorld Security Services is looking for a Scheduling and Payroll Manager to fulfill different assignments for our clients.
General Administrative responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Input weekly schedules and update working schedule daily
- Review reports daily/weekly to ensure accuracy in payroll and billing
- Compile weekly/monthly/quarterly reports on hours billed and dark post for client submission
- Ordering, distributing and (if needed) installing cores and locks
- Adding/removing/creating special access request
- Personnel file maintenance - filling documents in personnel files and updating compliance tracker
- Uniform inventory/Ordering
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients.
- Respond quickly to critical situations
- Ability to read and write detailed reports
- Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards
QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications specific to this position include, but are not limited to:
- Experience with Scheduling Employee's and Processing Payroll experience is required.
- Experience in Record Keeping and Accounts Receivable/Payable is required.
- Experience working in WinTeam is preferred.
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite with a focus on Excel, MS Word, and MS Powerpoint
General Qualifications to work in physical security at GardaWorld include:
- Possess at least a high school education or equivalent (GED)
- Pass an extensive screening process
