We’re looking for a highly motivated Senior Account Manager to join our Personal Lines team. If you have strong interpersonal skills, a passion for building relationships, and a commitment to exceptional service, we’d love to hear from you!

 

This position offers flexibility with the option to work remotely. However, we value in-person collaboration and require some onsite participation for training, team building, and strategic meetings.

What You Bring:
  • At least 5 years of prior industry experience
  • An active Property & Casualty License
  • A strong sense of integrity, professionalism, and reliability
  • A team-oriented mindset and high level of self-motivation
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Proficiency with computer systems and efficient, accurate data entry
  • Experience using AMS 360 or a similar agency management system

Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $55K - $65K in addition to a $1,000 signing bonus. The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate.
