Senior Executive Assistant to C-Suite-$180,000 plus generous bonus

Here is a wonderful opportunity in downtown Brickell suppporting a C-level Executive in a role which will keep you busy, yet challenged. You will be responsible for the organization of all aspects of the executives business and light personal affairs throughout each day: manage executive calendar, coordinating internal/external meetings with high-level clientle, oversee key projects, and ensure smooth communication across department divisions.

Ideal for someone who excels in high-pressure environments and thrives on multitasking with precision, exercising good judgment in a variety of situations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of Administrative experience
• Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Financial experience is preferred; however, other expereince would be considered
